Mike Hardy (Owner): "Here is a fact that I know personally from my days of being manager/head detailer at a few dealerships and it was just confirmed by Baglier Buick when I bought a Buick Envision there a few weeks ago, when you buy a vehicle from a dealership you would expect it to have some kind of wax applied to it before you buy it, but very few dealerships have ever done this and continue not to do it today! I saw this first hand when we went to pick up the vehicle they pulled it out of the service garage and right in front of the dealership and tried to tell me that it was ready to go without even washing it!! The vehicle that I was buying was even certified, which means that the dealer is required to thoroughly recondition the vehicle to the customers satisfaction, so I made them do what they are required to do and detail the vehicle before I bought it. I say this as a public service announcement to you, my valued customers, so you are aware of this. Just because you buy a vehicle from a dealership does not mean that it has any protection on it!"
